It has been updated numerous times over the years, and features help with task management, work schedules, and communication.

The Redmond-based company Outlook.com was acquired by Autobytel in 2015 for $1 billion. It is now known as Microsoft Office 365. This service is available to both PC/Mac users (desktop version) and via SkyDrive.

What are Prospect mail and Microsoft Outlook?

Yes and No. It is an Outlook client for Linux but there is no relationship between the developers of these apps.

However, in certain cases, third-party apps may be able to integrate with MS Office 365 via a bridge library created by ZDEAK Global Inc.

Some email clients posted comments about the solution and are now working to integrate their app into the program. Keep your eyes peeled!

Is Prospect mail an independent personal email application on Linux or part of Microsoft Office 365?

Linux does not have a standalone email app, however, Microsoft Office 365 is a popular choice. Many other apps can be used instead.

The ‘Outlook.com version of Prospect email is not available as a standalone app but desktop versions are too – and may require additional third-party integration/activation with Microsoft Office Professionals to be used … so keep that in mind!

The built-in Snippets made drafts available in Outlook for Mac, and later on Windows. They are used extensively in prospect emails (many times, you’ll see a snippet saying “Use [full-name of email client]”. “).

At the moment, draft messages cannot be supported. There is no way to make them accessible outside of Draft mode.

You can edit an item in a task by clicking Edit > Paste or Normal toolbar functions. Normal paste doesn’t allow you to do this.

This could open the door to this helpful functionality in the Prospect email.

This feature is still in development. The next release will support tasks and editing task items directly from drafts unless they are pasted directly to a new message.

You can edit items in a draft, but they cannot be saved as such. This is also true when you make comments about routines/triggered events which don’t apply to normal messages/calendar activities.

How do I install this tool on Linux?

Electron runs native web apps as native applications in Chrome/Firefox and is available on a platform called Electron.

You can install Prospect on Linux in two ways: Chrome browser or Firefox browser. Chrome Browser This method is only available if you’re using Chrome on Linux.

1- Open chrome://apps. Click the button at the top to add a chrome browser.

2- Click on the “Load Unpacked Extension …” link In Finder/ File Explorer pane.

3 – Select the Debian package file that you downloaded in step 2.

4 – Use the arrow keys (up and left) or click + Enter buttons to navigate through this list.

5 – Choose Prospect.zip and click “Open” when you locate the file.

6- Press Ctrl +F7 to close your browser if it is a success.

7 – Open the terminal and navigate to the location where the package was downloaded/unpacked from step 2.

Open the Mail app on your computer.

Next, log in to Outlook.

Register for an Outlook accounts now if you don’t already have one.

Click the + sign in the upper-right corner to open the Prospect Email window.

From the dropdown menu, select Add a new Server.

Click Next and enter the prospect email. EU in the Server name box. Click Next, and enter your Outlook password.

That’s it! Now you’re done!

The Pros and Cons Of Prospect Mail:

Pros:

– This can be used to communicate with family and friends outside of your Outlook email inbox.

– Send messages easily to other contacts

– A desktop client is available that is independent of the web version.

Installation is fast and simple

– Provides an offline email account that you can access when you’re not connected to the internet.

– Consolidates multiple emails into a single inbox in search of documents, conversations, and other information/messages.

– Provides support for users of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook’s Script Editor (to make custom email messages), OWA to view web pages within your mail client app, etc.

Cons:

Prospect Email configuration instructions are not very detailed and may prove difficult to follow for inexperienced users.

Microsoft Outlook does not officially support this feature.
