Active Campaign makes it easy to connect all your marketing channels, such as email and social media accounts. Convertkit does not allow you to choose which channels you want to use. However, Active Campaign integrates Mailchimp with their tool so that you can easily link up any type of email system from one place. Active Campaign offers many great features but the best part is that they offer unlimited email delivery through their service. This subscription plan gives people unlimited email access so they don’t have to worry about exceeding what they have signed up for.

Convertkit offers a $19/month basic subscription that allows you to send emails. However, once you have exceeded the price, Convertkit will charge you more. If your account is still active after three months, Convertkit will refund the additional amount. People who don’t use all the email features of Convertkit but still want to save money or not worry about exceeding their limits can select from a variety of services.

Active Campaign manages everything. This means that someone can’t sign up for an unlimited plan and then find out they have exceeded the limit of their email service.

Active Campaign is more expensive. You pay $29 per month for a full-featured Account. As each feature requires an additional monthly fee, your costs begin to increase. Convertkit offers two options.

1) The basic package includes all their features, but no data tracking and A/B testing. It costs $19 per month

2) The ‘Plus’ plan allows you to access some very useful data collection tools such as segmentation, real-time report, and A/B testing. However, it costs $29 per month.

ConvertKit vs ActiveCampaign – Final Thoughts

ConvertKit offers many great features but also has many things that will make you reconsider using them. The data tracking tools are great in theory, but they are not practical at the moment. There is no way to export reports or segmentation information from Convertkit to another tool. ActiveCampaign is the opposite. It’s easy to set up and everything works flawlessly. You can manage your email campaigns easily without any issues or problems.
