If you have a product or service that has a limited trial period, trial expiration emails will be necessary. Not all users will be eligible for these emails simply because their trial is over or about to end. In the post-on-trial expiration emails, we explored a better way to reach trial users.

Convert trial customers to paying customers

Description: If the trial ends, or the user refuses to change, manually re-engage them. Send an automated re-engagement offer to the user if they don’t respond to your emails or calls.
