Everything You Need To Know About Webinar Follow-Up Emails

Insights

Here are templates for each stage of your webinar sales funnel.

As you finish your presentation, organize and send invites to your webinar participants. Here are some webinar follow-up email templates I created after extensive research.

What are some examples of email subject lines to follow up on webinars?

To make the email stand out in the mailbox of the recipient, the follow-up emails should be the same one-on-1 character as the webinar invitations. A subject line such as “Thanks for attending [random webinar title]” will be more likely to get opened by a recipient. This is written in a personal tone.

These follow-up email subject lines are an example of what I mean.

Don’t miss out on the next webinars. !

We are grateful that you have joined us. . The supplementary resources are attached.

The webinar was not available to you…

This webinar recording is for your use…

How was the webinar with Don Draper?

The subject lines of these emails gave me the impression that the senders were genuine people. They don’t seem like automated responses. This is a good thing for both the sender and email delivery. Your follow-ups won’t be flagged by webinar follow-up spam filters as spam because of personalization.

Each stage of the webinar sales funnel comes with its follow-up email template

The sales funnel’s first step is getting people to sign up for your webinar. To reach the largest audience possible, you may also supplement your inbound marketing with an external campaign that targets people who might be interested.

The invitation should be the first email in the webinar email chain. This blog article will provide examples of effective webinar invites and tips for crafting your own.

Next, drive more people to sign

To encourage people to sign-up for webinars, templates for follow-up emails

It’s not enough to send invitations. If you feel the need to let people know you have a webinar invitation pending, they should be notified. Provide more information to attract people who haven’t yet enrolled. In some cases, a more detailed summary of the topics that you will cover during the webinar might suffice. Your invitees might feel more motivated to register if you create a sense of urgency by offering a limited number.

To get more people to sign-up for webinars, send a follow-up email with reminders and additional details.

You’re welcome. You received my earlier email with a link to a webinar invitation. Did you see it? You can reserve a seat by clicking [link].

We’ll be discussing these topics during the webinar:

Which other outlets are you able to use to reach new customers?

What resources are you able to use to find potential customers faster?

Do you believe it is worth the effort to build a prospect list? (Spoiler Alert: The answer is no. But we’ll explain why later.)

What are the best practices for prospecting success?

Looking forward to meeting you!

Increase the number of people who show up using follow-up templates

What if more than 100 people signed up for a webinar but only 12 attended? You can increase the participation rate of your event by attracting more people to it and creating buzz about webinar follow-up.

Which issues or topics would you like to see your audience address in your presentation?

We are grateful for your visit. . We are grateful that you signed up for the webinar.

We’d love to talk about your concerns and questions when you think about [webinar topic]. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello, I hope you are well and that we can see each other at the webinar.

Another option is to offer a contest for the most active participants or a discount for all participants. It is important to find an idea that appeals to your target audience while also being practical for business.

Increase webinar converts by using follow-up templates

Your webinar sales funnel can still be improved even if it is over. Keep in touch with attendees to ensure that the iron is still hot. Send them more papers and arrange a one-on-1 meeting.

These three email templates are great for following up on webinars.

Hello, I’m. We are grateful that you participated in Thursday’s webinar. If you have any questions, please let us know.

I would like to talk with you about the concepts in COMPANY.” Do you have time to call me at 8 a.m? Thursday?

P.S.

Templates to get in touch with people who have missed meetings

Don’t forget about those who couldn’t attend your webinar. They may change their mind if you pay close attention. You can keep in touch with them by inviting them to a webinar or providing them with useful resources and a one-on-1 meeting.

This email shows you an example of what follow-up messages you might send to people who couldn’t attend your webinar.

You’re welcome. We are sorry that you missed the webinar. But, there is nothing lost. You can access the recording anytime by clicking this link: [link].

We will also be hosting a webinar next Thursday at 1 pm Eastern on prospecting strategies. We are co-organizing this event with Jim Perry, Colliber.io.

Confirmation Of Registration

Congratulations! Now, you can relax and enjoy the ride. So you’ve got yourself registered.

You must now verify that the registrant is a participant. You can keep their interest by automatically sending them a Registration Confirmation Email once registered.

You’ll immediately see an increase in attendance as soon as you send an invitation.

It’s a good idea for webinar registrants to include the title or time of the webinar in the subject line. If the subject line is too long, you can use preview text to convey the important information.

Content

It’s not about the swag of your company or the funny jokes of your presenter. Virtual events are attended by people who expect to gain something of value. Your prospects want to know more about you and your products.

Consider adding value to the webinar follow-up email you send. Attach white papers, presentation decks, or long-form strategy guides to your email.

No matter what information you provide, your industry will be recognized as a thought leader. We encourage sharing materials via email. However, we believe it is especially beneficial when the message is directed at pointing people toward other resources.

You can send feedback from a webinar through email

A post-webinar survey email can be a great way to solicit feedback from attendees. No matter how many people attend, you can expect at least two or three to be open to sharing their thoughts with you.

The follow-up email could also be used for invitations to webinars and to help them move up the sales funnel.

We would love to hear from you…

Personal

Another effective way to move prospects through the sales funnel is to send follow-up emails.

You can follow up on guests who are interested in learning more about your topic by assigning a member to your staff to record what they say.

Participants want to feel that you care about them individually. Sending a follow-up email to a webinar is a great way to show that.

Welcoming you, greetings, and first name
